Lisa Brindley

I have lived in Pewsey for almost 20 years, and have spent most of my adult life as a stay at home mother of 5 children, along with part time work.
In the last 6 years I have created and managed, with my husband, a successful cafe in the centre of Pewsey, and in doing so have built up a good rapport with the local community.
I originally joined the Parish Council to bring forward the voice of the community.
Along with my role of Vice Chair, I am also Chair of youth projects, which involves building positive youth engagement, through various activities, and encouraging confidence & gaining of self esteem within our young community.
I am also involved with event planning, working together with other agencies to organise local events within the Parish.
My time on the Parish Council has been both a great learning experience & a very rewarding role.
